Leadership to me

To me leadership is a value of many qualities and it can be expressed in countless ways.

It is not about a title or designation, a position or appointment.

It is about sincerity and action; about connection and trust; about the way we thrive when choosing to experience life and work with passion, enjoyment, and gratitude.

Leaders are authentic and real. They lead with confidence, because they act with alignment of beliefs and desires, with a meaning and purpose.

When leaders take-on a task… responsibility... commitment… They take ownership. Act decisively, with enthusiasm, interest, and vigor.

Leaders have the inner strength to self-reflect, to explore, to learn and grow. They are self-aware and bring together heart and head, feeling and thought.

Leaders truly believe that those around them are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. And that with that focus it is a privilege to evoke transformation and growth. 

Everyone is and can be a leader... for everyone has a leader within. Your inner authority who leads by example, standing in self-acceptance, claiming self-authority over choices that lead to the fullest expression of your life’s purpose and values.

Look to your inner leader! It is always present… and because it always knows!
