About my coaching

I have been a front-leader and high-performer, impacting individuals, teams, and organizations for over 30 years and two continents. Along the way I served in the IDF, I have been a trainer, a health-care professional, a manager, and a coach. I developed high-performing leaders and purpose-driven teams. Leadership and service were at the core of each intersection and crossroad of my life.

I know the many challenges that career, relationship, and family bring along the way; the inevitable roadblocks and obstacles that are a part of life.

In my coaching I integrate knowledge, experience, and cross-cultural wisdom. I coach for insights that lead to discovery of new perspectives, creating choices and new possibilities.

I partner to coach those seeking to enhance their internal and external world so that they can live to their fullest potential. I spark action, mentor, and support others in achieving greater impact, satisfaction, and success.  I can help you to appreciate and embrace the dynamic quest for balance, show you how to reframe difficulty to an opportunity, and teach you the habits and beliefs that create excellence.
